Dr. Navjyot Bhogal, M.D

Dr. Bhogal is a Pennsylvania native, and is board-certified in both Nephrology and Internal Medicine. She has been practicing in the NWI area since she finished her Nephrology fellowship in 2015. She completed medical school at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA, followed by Internal Medicine residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, and Nephrology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. She believes that training in both rural and urban settings has exposed her to a vast and varied patient population and wide range of clinical cases.

Dr. Bhogal aims to empower her patients with the knowledge they need to get a hold of their disease processes and treat them in an evidence-based and effective manner. She is empathetic and patient-centered in everything she does. She loves getting to know her patients and truly enjoys the continuity of care she gets to experience with them. Her clinical interests include the management of chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and dialysis patients. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two young children.
